Hello. Thanks for your interest. A bit about me.

Independently, I act as a consultant, contractor, or mentor. I work predominantly within the travel and tourism, culture, conservation and tech industries. I lead, or advise on, marketing, content, VR or digital projects. I also connect together a network of anywhere working freelancers, to deliver wider, integrated work. Working for Frontgrid, I am privileged to produce multi-sensory, virtual reality (VR) flying experiences and environments; using gamification to give people a new way of exploring, and learning about, real world places.

In my 24-year-career, I have worked for more than 150 organisations, ranging from start-ups to global corporates, agencies, charities, social enterprises, local and central government. I have proven success directing projects from concepting through to delivery and championing award-winning strategies and innovation. In an ever changing-world, I thrive on ideas and making them happen. My teams have won awards for innovation in tourism, retail, leisure, VR, marketing and sustainability. I actively participate in industry events such as IAAPA, the EAG, Blooloop, the RLI, the Museums and Heritage Show, Experience UK, Media Cymru and beyond. I’ve given thought leadership talks on innovation in tourism, virtual tourism, sustainable travel and the future of marketing.

Being an ex-pat as a child who moved around a lot and exploration is in my life DNA. As an adult, it translates into a lot of how I spend my free time, being passionate about sustainable travel, sailing, hiking, yoga, writing, art and culture.
